The principle of PVC interior decorative film is to put the PVC film close to the medium-density fiberboard after spraying glue during the heating and softening process, use vacuum to remove the air between the PVC film and the medium-density fiberboard film, and rely on atmospheric pressure to make the PVC film tightly adhere to the medium-density fiberboard. This process is called vacuum blister film.
Specific steps and required equipment
Article placement: Place the workpiece on the workbench.
Heating: The workbench enters directly under the heating plate, and the heating plate and the workbench are closed to heat the PVC film.
Vacuuming: The air between the heating plate and the silicone film is extracted, and the silicone film is adsorbed on the heating plate and heated.
Coating: After the set time is reached, compressed air is injected between the heating plate and the silicone film, and the PVC is coated on the board under the action of the set pressure and temperature.
Required materials and tools
PVC film: Select a suitable PVC film, usually with a thickness of 0.08~0.2mm.
Medium density fiberboard: As the base material, the surface needs to be sprayed with vacuum plastic.
Heating equipment: Such as heating plates and workbenches, used to heat and soften the PVC film.
Vacuum equipment: Used to remove the air between the PVC film and the base material.
