PP film: made of polypropylene, it has excellent sealing properties, can block the release of water vapor and formaldehyde, is cold-resistant and high-temperature-resistant, scratch-resistant and wear-resistant, has good chemical stability, is recyclable and environmentally friendly. Commonly used for surface decoration of paint-free furniture.
CPL film: imported melamine continuous lamination material, with good coating flexibility, surface scratch resistance, realistic patterns and textures, and significant fireproof and waterproof properties. It is the most high-end paint-free material on the market.
EPL film: Made of melamine, acrylic resin, polyurethane and other multi-layer impregnated films through continuous rolling, it can effectively block the release of formaldehyde and solve the problem of curvature bending during processing.
PVC coating finish: The base material is mostly density board, which can be used to make a variety of door panels with rich shapes to meet different design requirements, but it is not resistant to high temperatures and has poor anti-slip performance.
Solid wood veneer finish: The solid wood veneer is pasted on the base material through high temperature and high pressure to highlight the wood texture, with a good feel, suitable for new Chinese and Chinese styles, but it is easy to crack and warp, and has poor waterproofness.
3M soft decorative film: Launched by 3M Company in the United States, it has the characteristics of high simulation texture, light and soft and easy to construct, suitable for commercial spaces, home decoration living rooms and other areas. It has the characteristics of fireproof, environmental protection, friction resistance, waterproof and moisture-proof.
