The production process of PVC decorative film mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material selection and preparation: Select qualified PVC resin, plasticizer, stabilizer, pigment and other raw materials to ensure that the raw materials are dry and clean to prevent moisture, contamination and cross contamination.
Proportioning and mixing: Accurately weigh various raw materials according to the formula ratio, use a mixer to fully mix the raw materials and ensure uniform distribution of ingredients.
Plasticization and calendering: Heat and melt the mixed raw materials in a plasticizer to fully plasticize the raw materials. Then the plasticized raw materials are pressed into a film with uniform thickness through a calender.
Cooling and traction: The calendered film is quickly cooled to keep its shape and size stable. The cooled film is pulled to the next process to ensure that the film is flat and wrinkle-free.
Surface treatment: Clean and frost the surface of the film to improve the adhesion and printing adaptability of the film surface. Apply a transparent coating or a printed coating on the surface of the film to improve the decorative effect and protective performance of the film.
Rolling and slitting: Roll the coated film into a roll of a certain size, and then slit the large roll into small rolls of different specifications according to customer needs for easy transportation and packaging.
